Property description

Vacant residential land with a short pan handle access. The property has very slight slope down towards the front allowing for any water to run off. The stand is a cleared property with gated access. The entire land is walled or fenced even the driveway is.  

The driveway was showing running water but on closer inspection it was coming out under the neighbors gate. One small section on the access to property but not much. I walked through there.
