A guest toilet and television room completes the beautiful home before you step out into the outdoor entertainment area, which includes a gas braai and a stand alone, open-air, woodfired "concrete weber", perfect for pizzas, traditional grilling and smoking.

Enjoy outdoor entertaining, with an abundance of seating, and a large tiled extended outdoor area for private sunbathing. An outdoor shower allows for a quick rinse after visiting the local beaches.

The estate has a communal swimming pool which guests are welcome to make use of.

This home is up for rent during the months of the "Greatest Shoal on Earth" - the Sardine Run, as masses of sardines migrate up the eastern coast of South Africa, visiting the local beaches can become a spectacular experience as aquatic birds, sharks, and dolphins take advantage of the mass migration and feast on the sardines, creating an experience for both locals and visiting tourists. Whale viewings are abundant at this time of year as Southern Right Whales frolic in the waves with their newborns.

Lifestyle: There is an abundance of activities for you to enjoy during your stay, including golf, tennis and bowls. You can also enjoy a hike along the local Bushbuck and Frederika Preserve trails, close to the beach. Visit an assortment of restaurants, and even visit the local, beautifully kept library for some holiday reads.

Security: 1.8 meter high perimeter wall with electric fencing. An alarm and fence are linked to armed response vehicles. Southbroom Sector Police patrol all streets regularly as night, so do Maser Security Patrols with access to patrol within the estate 2 to 3 times per night. Entry is by a remote controlled electric gate. Access remote will be supplied to tenants, alternatively the caretaker can be dialed at the keypad at the entrance gate.
